Καλό Πάσχα! Happy Easter!

A very big thank you to our loyal and lovely volunteers who stood all day at the Almyrida Fair to raise funds for our cats & kittens.

Elsie

Adopted ! 🙂

This little girl used up 8 lives when she was thrown from a car onto the national highway like rubbish.

We think she landed on her back leg causing soft tissue damage to her hip and knee joints. Our colleague Ρένα Τερεζάκη (Rena Terezaki) risked life and limb to scoop the kitten off the road, puss is very lucky to be alive.

Rodney

Here is Rodney, he came to us yesterday from Kalives. So filthy we had to bathe him the fleas were crawling over us and the work surfaces literally hundreds, we have never seen such infestation.

Mia

Mia was eventually caught in Kalyves were she was spotted by a volunteer over the New Year with a partial traumatic amputation of her tail. In a terrible state with the cold & wet weather she needed plenty of warmth, TLC & food. Last week she was operated on to remove what was left of the tail and Mia is recovering really well.

Xmas Kitty’s

A little bit early…but they need help now

Betty (tabby & white) 11 weeks of age came in unconscious no temperature she was so cold, her right eye was bulging and bleeding she was not moving. Next day we realised she was paralysed from the hips hit by a car we think laying in the wet and cold all night.

Timmy

This little chap arrived after being abandoned in an olive grove with his siblings no food, shelter or mother sadly they died but he survived.

He is about 6 weeks of age maybe more difficult to tell as he was so starved, otherwise no signs of any illness or infections.

He is rapidly putting on weight, cute, cuddly a typical boisterous boy he is lonely on his own can anyone take him?

As usual he will be vaccinated at 8 weeks and neutered we will also passport him if anyone is interested overseas.

Any help or donations for Timmy would be appreciated.
