Frankie

Hey everyone!

Meet Frankie (formally Batman) he used to live a happy life down on the beach here in Crete. He is so friendly and would often come and beg for food next to my dog!

He was one of the cats I took in to be castrated back in Nov 2023 as a 6month old kitten so we know his rough age.

Unfortunately I found him on the beach at the beginning of March having suffered a head trauma. Luckily the amazing vets saw his straight away and after some fluids, pain relief and lots of TLC he started to improve. He was sedated and had bloods taken and a thorough examination of his head and most importantly his eyes.

He has lost vision in both his eyes and this is very likely to be permanent.

The amazing charity Cats Pyjamas have managed to secure him a place in a Cat sanctuary in the UK who can properly look after blind cats and then hopefully rehome him. However he needs vaccines before he travels and also the funds to get there.

It will cost £550 to get him there so any little donation will really help him get there!
