Home / Released to the wild / Mrs Feral & kittens 3
Mrs Feral came to us from a colony looked after by dedicated cat lovers she had a terrible throat wound, septic unable to eat or drink her kittens were depending upon her. Our fantastic vets operated on the wound removing the outer fur/skin layer cutting back to healthy tissue underneath stitching over what they could we had to hope for the best that she would with antibiotics & nursing heal. After a few days we caught the kittens allowing mum & babies to be reunited, mother had been depressed/pining kittens were at risk on their own. 6 weeks of intensive nursing she & her kittens have now been returned to their colony all are doing well.
